Smart TV streaming services only (guests must use personal login credentials) Private entry and complete privacy (Residents live upstairs, pitter patter is kept to a minimum, complimentary white noise machine & ear plugs provided if needed) BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, FireTV, white noise machine BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, white noise machine LIVING ROOM: sofa, FireTV with streaming apps, 1 sitting chair KITCHEN: Full minimalist kitchen, full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher LAUNDRY: In-unit washer & dryer BATHROOM: 1 bathroom w/ shower, towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and upflush toilet system LINENS: $45 linen convenience fee per ruined linen (bedding & bath linens). Courtesy make-up wipes and dark towels provided PETS - we are happy to host one (1) hypoallergenic DOG 50lbs or smaller for a $85 pet fee (no other animal species puppies, or incontinent dogs). Guests with unauthorized pets will be asked to leave with no refund. If your dog is a barker and causes disturbance to neighbors, you will be asked to end your stay. Dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations & flea/tick treatments, potty trained for outdoors (no puppy pads allowed) . Must stay off furniture and be leashed outdoors. Must not be left unattended (if left alone, must be crated). Owners will bag and dispose of poop inside & outside of fence. OUTSIDE: entrance is a private door that lets out to a paved patio-driveway followed by a yard of emerald sea of grass. Wooded tree canopies in the summer and Amber, Auburn, Crimson foliage in the fall.
